Company History:
TartufLanghe was founded by Domenica Bertolusso and Beppe Montanaro in 1980 in the Langhe area. TartufLanghe was the first company to produce dry products with truffles to give people the opportunity to enjoy truffle when not in season. Thanks to this insight, in 1990 the first Pasta with truffle in the world was created in the TartufLanghe laboratory: Tartufissima. In the last years, Stefania and Paolo joined the company and they are bringing new ideas to the company. Stefania and Paolo share Piedmontese gastronomic traditions following a strict artisan method of production characterized by high quality and professionalism.
