Est. Brooklyn 2008. For this flavor we use organic Rishi tea hand-harvested in the centuries old tea tree forest of the Yunan province of China. The tea is cured and then infused with oil from the bergamot citrus. We steep the tea to the perfect point in fresh whole milk before adding cream, eggs and sugars. Our Story: We began in the spring of 2008 out of a scoop truck in Brooklyn, New York. Our ice cream is made in small batches with fresh milk and cream, pure cane sugar and egg yolks.
