Our vegan ice cream is made in small batches with house-made raw cashew milk, organic coconut cream, raw coconut oil, pure cocoa butter and organic cane sugar. We caramelize pure cane sugar in small copper pots, add a touch of cold ground Tahitian vanilla and blend this into our vegan base.
