Vegan Chicken Chunks (Taiwan)

INGREDIENTS: Soybean Protein, Starch, Wheat Protein, Vegetarian Fiber, Soybean Oil. COOKING SUGGESTIONS: Soak in water for 15 minutes, and marinate! (Minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and BBQ sauce). Slice desired vegetables (shiitake mushrooms or broccoli) and hydrated TVP into small pieces. Stir fry seasonings (1/3T oil, 2/5T BBQ sauce) with water. Once the seasoning boils, include vegetables and hydrated TVP into wok. Let it boil again and 1/2T of cornstarch water to thicken. Serve and enjoy!
