Vegan Fish Ham (Large)
INGREDIENTS: Water, Textured Soybean Protein (Soybean Protein, Wheat Protein, Wheat Starch, Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Sulfate), Soybean Oil, Isolated Soybean Protein, Modified Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Fiber (Soy Fiber), Raw Cane Sugar, Ginger, Salt. Contains less than 0.5% of: Vegetarian Flavor (Ginger Oil, Sesame Oil, Fatty Acid Glycerides), Flavoring Agents (I+G Glycine), White Pepper Powder, Yeast Extract, Transglutaminase, Licorice Powder, Dried Seaweed. COOKING SUGGESTIONS: Slice the fish ham into slices, and pineapple chucks (4 oz.) and red peppers into small pieces. Stir fry seasonings (2T soy sauce, 3T orange juice concentrate, 2T cornstarch, 1/4T sugar, 1T vegetable oil, 1 1/2T grated fresh ginger root). Once the seasonings boils, include the vegetables and fish into pan. Feel free to turn the fish over to pan fry the other side. Pan fry the fish until it turns slightly brown. First place the fish onto the plate, then pour the seasonings and vegetables over. Serve and enjoy!
