COOKING SUGGESTIONS: Slice pineapple chunks (4 oz) and red bell peppers into small pieces. Stir fry seasonings (2T soy sauce, 3T orange juice concentrate, 2T cornstarch, 1/4T sugar, 1T vegetable oil, 1 1/2 T grated fresh ginger root).
