INGREDIENTS: Soy Protein (Non-GMO, Contains Soy), Mushroom Fiber (Contains Mushroom Head), Activated Water, Canola Oil, Sugar, Salt, Vegetarian Seasonings. COOKING SUGGESTIONS: Slice desired vegetables (potatoes, mushrooms, tomato or carrots) and mutton into small pieces.
