Vegetarian Shark Fin

INGREDIENTS: Plant Gelatin, Water, Sodium Alginate. COOKING SUGGESTIONS: Soak in water for one hour. Slice desired vegetables (mushrooms, celery, or carrots) into small pieces. Boil a pot of water with the vegetables and the shark fin for approximately 30-45 minutes. Add 2T of mushroom seasonings and add some spicy oil if desired. Serve and enjoy!
