Branzino, or European sea bass, is a wonderfully mild and flaky fish with an almost sweet flavor. These Mediterranean fish are about 1lb each and can be ordered whole, filleted, steak or cleaned (gutted). It is an extremely versatile fish, great baked, grilled or broiled.

When you receive your package open it up and take a look at the fish. Decide what you are going to eat in the next couple days and put it in the refrigerator. Certain items if properly stored can be placed in your freezer for at least a couple months.
