The warm waters off the coast of Spain produce a beautiful, small octopus with a sweet and delicate taste. This octopus is great boiled or used for sushi. Or, brush it with oil, fire up the grill, and sear low and slow for a delicious summer treat.
When you receive your package open it up and take a look at the octopus. Decide what you are going to eat in the next couple days and put it in the refrigerator. Certain items if properly stored can be placed in your freezer for at least a couple months.
