In 1973, Andrea Ceriello started in the Italian food business. After establishing stores at various location in Staten Island and Long Island, he settled at our current location in 1980. In its first days, he followed the traditions of the Italian Salumerie—known in New York as Pork Stores. No poultry was sold—and no spaghetti either! But over the years, the business has evolved into the one you now recognize as Ceriello Fine Foods: Prime American Beef, Custom Butcher Heritage Pork, All-Natural Poultry, Grass-Fed Beef, American Lamb, Imported Italian Specialties, Handmade Sausage, Fresh Pasta & Ravioli, Prosciutti & Salumeria, Gourmet Meals To-Go, Soups, Sides & Salads, and Catering For All Occasions.

The ball of mozzarella cheese was sour!
Driver was great and so was delivery. All good
Fine except mozzarella. You could tell it was sitting out for sometime and not fresh

Hi. We checked the mozzarella yesterday, and there was a vinegary taste that can come from the curd. We make mozzarella at least once a day, usually 2-3 times. I put in a refund through Mercato for you.
