Down to Earth (Kailua)

Please update and improve your app. Searches should reflect what you are searching for. If I input lemon, actual lemons come up as the 50th item down. Packaged items do not show ingredients and SHOULD. When I select a department, I cannot search for items within that department. The "goose egg" thing is SUPER annoying. Must be an east coast thing, so here in Hawaii it is just frustrating. Time to fulfill orders is WAY too far out (like the next day??). I ONLY use this app because it is the only one that offers service from Down to Earth. I would never recommend it to anyone. I keep submitting feedback yet see no changes. I usually only submit positive feedback, but I am trapped with having to get deliveries so I HAVE to use this one if I want Down to Earth stuff. On that note I am grateful I have something, even though I am SUPER frustrated every time I use it.... uh!!!!
