Our goal was to build a supermarket that would offer quality, service, and value to the people of St. Joseph After a period of time additional stores were built in St. Joseph and the surrounding area.     For this service to work, it's important for whomever is doing the shopping to communicate with the customers placing the order. For substitution options when items are not available. Although this option was selected for this order, the shopper did not communicate about the order at all, and several items were cancelled with no discussion. Had I known this was going to happen, I would have ordered elsewhere from shoppers who do communicate and help me figure out alternative brands or products.

    My order was left in chair by my door. I would of had melted ice cream if I had not heard delivery person leaving. I have a sign on my door to please knock.

    Did not leave at MY door???? I GAVE instructions as to how to find my place - why ask for instructions for delivery if no one pays attention?!?!?
