This White Truffle Sauce is ideally suited for seasoning pasta dishes. One jar is enough for a pasta dish for four people. The sauce has a thin structure and is therefore very easy to stir through dishes. Moreover, the sauce is ready-to-use, meaning it's immediately usable.
In addition to pasta dishes, the sauce lends itself very well to seasoning risotto, rice dishes or, for example, as a sauce over potato or a nice piece of red meat.
The sauce can be heated, but best not too long and too hot. It is therefore best to add the sauce to a dish at the last moment in order to retain the flavor as well as possible. Buon appetito!
