Puddin&apos; is a Cajun food truck located in Washington. Some of the products they carry include chicken &apos;n beef sausage gumbo, shrimp &apos;n grits, etouffee, red beans &apos;n rice, and shrimp. Puddin&apos; was first founded on 5th Street NE in Washington.

Toyin Alli, the Owner/Chef of Puddin&apos; got her start five years ago as a street food vendor at DC&apos;s historic Eastern Market on Capitol Hill.  Puddin&apos; serves local, sustainable and great tasting Wild Blue Catfish from the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.  Simply put, there&apos;s a whole bunch of Wild Blue Catfish eating up all the yummy seafood that we hold dear in this region so let&apos;s make Po&apos;boys out of them!
