As a veteran of the food and beverage industry with 20 years experience working with retail, fast casual, grocery and specialty food brands, it’s important to me to share the stories behind the food and drinks I sell and help amplify makers and producers that don’t always get the spotlight or space on shelf at larger traditional outlets. Salt & Vinegar is a space to find the trendsetters you've seen on social media and discover new emerging brands. We focus primarily on local products from the Philadelphia region, as well as women, immigrant and minority-owned brands. I'm excited to return to my retail brick and mortar roots and look forward to welcoming you to our flagship shop in the heart of the Italian Market - the neighborhood I also call home with my family - and to our pop up shop in Dilworth Park Cafe, in partnership with Brulee Catering and Center City District. And for when you can't visit us in person, we are thrilled to be able to offer you the convenience of local delivery with Mercato.
