Friends for decades, Chef Michela Tartaglia (Turino, IT) and Nathan Gottlieb (WA) combined talents to create the fresh pasta lunchtime concept of Pasta Casalinga. Featuring three rotating seasonal pasta dishes; From the Farm (meat), From the Ocean (seafood), From the Garden (veggie) along with Pomodoro and Lasagna Casalinga (bechemel, sausage, peas, mushroom). Michela and Nathan's goals are to create a down to earth memorable flavor experience built on a constant search for fresh and inspiring local products from markets, local fishermen and farmers. Because, at the end of the day, “we are what we eat”.
Due to the pandemic Pasta Casalinga has grown into doing more items for people to cook at home. Currently we offer fresh pasta, frozen sauces and a small array of take and bake items that can make a delicious Italian dinner at home super simple.
