Known as "Lebanese cream cheese" but much lower in calories. Lebany is made from strained yogurt, which is thick in consistency and rich in flavor. It is usually eaten in a fashion similar to hummus as a dip and mixed with za'atar, a dried spice consisting of thyme, oregano, marjoram and mixed with toasted sesame seeds and salt. The two mixed together make for a delicious combination!
