The Selezione Cuor D'Ulivo Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio Cutrera is made from the best selection of Sicilian olives: Moresca, Biancolilla, Nocellara, Cerasuola and Tonda Iblea. The olives are hand-picked from November 1st to the end of production.
The olives are cold pressed and give life to a green colored oil, slightly cloudy due to natural decantation.
The aroma has balanced with notes of artichoke. On the palate is medium-bodied, with a bitter and a spicy well-balanced note, it has hints of artichoke and oregano.

Company History:
Since 1906 the Cutrera family has been cultivating olives in Chiaramonte Gulfi, near the city of Ragusa, in the region of Sicily. Today, the family continues to manage the company, taking care of over 50 hectares of olive groves in southeastern Sicilia.
