The Toscano IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio Malavalle contains all the essence of the Tuscan countryside in its elegant glass bottle. Each bottle is equipped with a traceability code to guarantee its quality.
It is produced using high quality Tuscan olives of the varieties: Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo. Its acidity is very low, between 0.2% and 0.3%. The Boschi family hand picks the olives in the months of October and November. This Toscano has a green color with golden yellow tones.
The delicious and fruity aroma recalls fresh cut grass, with hints of artichoke and wildflowers. On the palate is herbaceous with arugula notes and a medium intense pepper finish.

Pairing ideas: soups, bruschetta, meat, all raw and cooked vegetables and is particularly tasty when used raw.
