Our grocery order with the Brattleboro Food Co-op went seamlessly, as always! Great product selection, easy on-line ordering system, curbside pick-up. Works for us! Thanks!

The food was great as usual…the pickup service was not. I ended up waiting in my car for 25 minutes before finally going in and taking my groceries from the inside area myself. The store seems severely understaffed and “curbside” is misleading when you have to go in and find your stuff that you paid for yourself.

Hi Devon, We apologize for the long wait and having to walk into our store to grab your order. We recently have shifted to requesting customers call our direct line when they arrive at 802-257-0236 and we will deliver out to your car. We can do a better job of communicating this to our customers. As for staffing, in some places yes, it has been hard to hire staff but overall, we are in a great position and thrive from this sort of feedback. In general we are happy that the food was great. Please email Greg or Rebecca directly if you would like to chat further about this situation or have any additional comments or feedback. email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org

No worries, I actually did call that day and got the voicemail message telling how to order and such. I was in quite a rush that day, but I could also tell upon walking into the store that everyone was very busy. The customer service line was very long. Everyone was doing their best. I appreciate the co op very much and didn’t mind coming in at all, just would’ve liked a bit more communication. Thanks

Hi, Thanks for the additional information. Please know upon arrival to not call the Curbside Pickup hotline #. Please call the main line to the store 802-257-0236 someone will pickup and will bring right out. We agree we have communication to work on here and we will do so. Best, Jon

I know you don't have time to do this, but I wish the products were organized in a way that I didn't have to scroll through everything to try to find what I am looking for. Or that there was a search function....

Hi Kate. We agree with you. We are working with the Mercato staff to encourage them to create some improvements in the search functions of the website. Thanks for the feedback. Greg
