Our Sicilian Artisan Pistachio Pasta Pesto is an Italian speciality that comes all the way from Mount Etna’s fertile volcanic soil. Bronte; a small town near Catania in Sicily is known as the Italian capital of the Pistachio. Unlike pistachios coming from America or Asia, Bronte’s pistachio kernel is nearly always a yellowish color making this particular pistachio a fruit of important value. Its intense green color makes it a world renowned “Italian excellence”. We call it the “Green Gold of Sicily.” Ingredients: Natural Pistachios 75%, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, natural flavors.
