THE original Market restaurant– when farmers first parked trucks at Farmers Market, Blanche Magee thought they might like to have lunch, so she filled a picnic hamper and started feeding them. Today, folks still line up for outstanding roast or corned beef, tempting turkey and marvelous ham platters. Magee’s horseradish is homemade and fantastic, too, and the cole slaw is equally good. Magee’s Kitchen is coming up on our 100th Anniversary. We’ve been in business since 1917 and are just getting started! We are excited to see what our loyal customers have waiting for us this next century! We’ve had a hundred years to perfect our recipes and if you haven’t been to Magee’s before, you’re missing out on some history-making food! Come by today!

The beef french dip was very lovely and well matched with a delicious au jus. My son loved his chili dog as well.
