Lancaster, Pennsylvania’s rolling hills are dotted with red barns filled with black-and-white cows. Their milk and cream make the short trip downtown from Kreider Farms, a third generation family farm, founded in 1935 and based in Mannheim, Pennsylvania. They also carry Pequea Valley Yogurt, exceptionally rich yogurt made from the hormone- and antibiotic-free milk of Abner King’s Jersey cows, either plain or flavored with fruit, chocolate, or maple.
Look for golden butter, rich buttermilk, eggs, goat’s milk, and even raw milk in glass bottles. Though it would be worth stopping for any of these alone, some of Lancaster County Dairy’s most popular products are their colorful lineup of juices and flavored lemonades.
All of our juices, lemonades, iced teas, wellness drinks, ginger drinks, and veggies drinks are fresh squeezed/brewed/pressed in house and done daily. NO ADDED PRESERVATIVES!
